Vahl már tegnap kibukott kartellezés miatt, a tocsikoló Boldvai és a zuschlagoló Arató államtitkár lehet. Gazdasági miniszter nélkül alakult meg a "szakértői válságkezelő" Bajnai-kormány. Vahl Tamás – az ellene induló sajtóhadjáratra hivatkozva – visszalépett a jelöléstől.

Nem támasztott ilyen elvárásokat a háttéremberek kiválasztásánál. Államtitkár lehet a Tocsik-ügyben 1999-ben fogházbüntetésre és vagyonelkobzásra ítélt, majd egy újabb eljárásban zsarolással vádolt, végül a Legfelsőbb Bíróság által felmentett Boldvai László és a Zuschlag János büntetőügyével összefüggésbe hozott Arató Gergely.
